- Add startup logger (utils/logger.ts) with LOG_LEVEL support
- Add ServiceLogger type for scheduler functions
- Replace all console.log calls with leveled log methods
- Downgrade verbose scheduler info logs to debug level
- Remove unnecessary console.log in auth plugin
