chore: improve .gitignore and add shared vscode settings (#57)
- Better organized with clear sections
- Added SQLite WAL/SHM files
- Added OS files (Thumbs.db, swap files)
- Added misc caches (.cache/, .turbo/)
- Keep .vscode/settings.json for shared vitest config
- Added root data/ folder (docker-compose mount point)
