Feat/frontend tests (#62)

* test(frontend): add vitest test infrastructure

- Add vitest, testing-library, jsdom dependencies
- Configure vitest with jsdom environment
- Add test setup with mocks for fetch, localStorage, matchMedia
- Set 75% coverage threshold
